Privacy policy

This policy explains what Nomad Tax Map collects when you read the site or send the adviser form, why we collect it, who receives it and what you can ask us to do with it. Reading the site needs no account, and apart from the technical data every web request carries, the only personal details we receive are the ones you type into the form.

Quick summary

  • No account or sign-in anywhere on the site
  • Form details go to 1 partner firm, and only with your consent
  • Page views are counted without cookies
  • Google AdSense ads use cookies; you can turn off personalized ads in Google's settings
  • Form submissions are kept for up to 24 months, and you can ask for deletion at any time

What the adviser form collects

When you send the tax setup form, we receive your name, email address, citizenship, current country of tax residency, income band and timeline, plus anything optional you add: where you are considering, what you need and your message. The form also records the page you sent it from and your consent choice.

Why we use it and who receives it

We use your details only to answer your request. If you tick the consent box, we share them with 1 partner firm that works on the country or setup you asked about, so it can contact you. That firm handles them under its own privacy policy. Apart from the partner firm and the services listed below, nobody else receives them.

Services that process data for us

  • Vercel hosts the site and runs the form. Like any host, it logs technical request data such as IP address and browser type to keep the service running and secure, and a copy of each form submission is kept in private Vercel storage so no request is lost. Its privacy notice covers that data.
  • Resend delivers form submissions to us by email, under its privacy policy.
  • Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
  • Google AdSense shows ads, as described in the next section.

Advertising and cookies

Nomad Tax Map shows ads from Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this website and other websites. Google's advertising cookies let it and its partners serve you ads based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet. Google explains how it uses information from the sites that show its ads on its partner sites page.

You can turn off personalized ads from Google in its ad settings, and from many other ad networks at aboutads.info.

Nomad Tax Map sets no cookies of its own. If you follow an affiliate link to a provider, that provider may set its own cookie to record the referral.

How long we keep your details

We keep form submissions for up to 24 months after your last message, then delete them. A partner firm that received your details keeps them under its own policy.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it or stop sharing it. Send the request through the adviser form with “privacy request” in the message, and we answer within 30 days. If you live in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
